Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with FOSTER & Co. Brands Ltd, trading as No Ordinary Food.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Our standard postage and packaging charge is:

£3.99 per order

We offer FREE DELIVERY on certain items, this will be highlighted as required. 

The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the postal or courier service being used.

Delivery Times

Any delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including postal disruption, severe weather, public holidays or unusually high demand.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us at hello@noordinaryfood.co.uk.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, an additional postage charge may be required before we resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@noordinaryfood.co.uk.

Please include your order number and photographs of the packaging and products where appropriate.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders can only be delivered to eligible UK addresses.

If international delivery becomes available in the future, the available destinations and applicable shipping charges will be displayed on our website and at checkout.
