5. Cooking and Usage Instructions

Our Flavour Sheets are designed to be used in accordance with the cooking instructions provided on the product packaging and website.

You are responsible for ensuring that food, particularly raw poultry, is stored, handled and cooked safely.

Chicken and other suitable foods must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.

We cannot accept responsibility for illness, injury or loss resulting from failure to follow appropriate food safety, storage or cooking instructions.

6. Prices

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

7. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm that it has been accepted and/or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

We do not generally store complete payment card details ourselves.

9. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping Policy and/or during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier disruption, severe weather, industrial action or other events beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

10. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address supplied with your order.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because we sell food products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used or where hygiene, food safety or product integrity may have been compromised.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@noordinaryfood.co.uk and provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

12. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit quantities available for purchase, withdraw products, change product specifications or discontinue products at any time.

We are not obliged to continue supplying any particular product indefinitely.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • only one discount code may be used per order;

  • promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time;

  • promotional codes may have expiry dates; and

  • certain products or bundles may be excluded.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a promotion where we reasonably believe it has been misused.
