1. PLACE
   Place a chicken breast onto one Flavour Sheet.
2. FOLD
   Fold the sheet over the chicken so both sides are covered.
3. COOK
   Place directly into a dry, preheated frying pan over a medium heat. No oil needed.
4. FLIP
   Turn occasionally and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
5. REMOVE & ENJOY
   Remove and discard the Flavour Sheet before serving.
